Managing Director

After leaving a successful career within the facial recognition sector, Jeremy came to the realisation that the tech he had developed during his career wasn’t reaching its full potential; there was an obvious gap in the market that wasn’t being met.

Fast forward a couple of years, and TouchByte was founded and has now become a market leader within the UK for practical Face Recognition applications.

Operations Director

Graham has been knighted as Jeremy’s right hand man; he’s a business sounding board who turns challenging ideas into reality - and within budget too. 

Graham has been a part of the TouchByte family since 2018. He was formally brought on to the team in May 2020, after TouchByte secured a £50,000 Innovate UK grant to support our contactless facial recognition project within the construction sector. 

Lead Developer

Harrison describes himself as the ‘head-nerd’ at TouchByte.

Essentially, he’s responsible for the tech-side of the facial recognition solutions we create. He’s the guy who takes Jeremy’s (our MD) crazy ideas and turns them into a reality. Not only a reality, but a market-ready product which is installed into various locations and actually… works.

Junior Software Developer

Ollie is one of TouchByte’s new, shiniest recruits. He’s our Junior Software Developer, and is working with us alongside completing his Level 4 apprenticeship in Software Engineering.

Ollie is the perfect combination of technical know-how, and business-savvy. He slots in between Harrison and Graham, a fantastic addition to our rapidly growing team.

Finance Director

Alison is TouchByte’s resident ray of sunshine and finance expert. She’s another member of the original TouchByte gang and helps to keep Jeremy on the straight and narrow. 

Alison qualified as an accountant in 1996, and has been managing accounts, budgets, taxes, and business planning ever since. She joined the TouchByte team in January 2016, not long after Jeremy founded the company, and has been an integral part of the family from the word go. 

Marketing

Ellen is Falmouth University alumni, after completing her MSc in Entrepreneurship with Launchpad Venture Studio. She’s got two startups of her own and has worked with a handful more in various roles.

She’s passionate about telling stories; using both her journalism background and combining it with a working knowledge of the start-up world. She’s all about strategic marketing, community building and public speaking.

Technical Director

Mark is one of the founding Directors of TouchByte and has a wealth of technical experience and leads the direction of the company from a strategic technical perspective.

He has had a number of leadership roles in Thales, Oracle and others implementing large scale global ERP roll outs.
